GLACIERZ

GLACIERZ

The life of Glacierz Da’Ville, formerly known as ChiChi Glacierz, is
something of a mixed up movie. A bit of New Jack City, Fire Starter,
Cinderella, Original Sin, and GIA all combined in one.

A product of Brooklyn, Crown Heights and Brownsville to be exact – it
was clear from early on that Ms. Glacierz was in a league of her own.
Known for her witty and slick demeanor complimented with a unique
style and beauty, she quickly became a favorite of the hood and it
wasn’t long before she found herself on local mix tapes, working in
the studio. With a style reminiscent of the 90′s sound, her music
displays such ferociousness coming from a girl who has the face of an
angel.

In the mid 2000′s she linked up with her family members from the west
coast which had a label known as Compound Entertainment. Taken back by
her lyrical ability to shutdown the best of best in the field, they
quickly took to her and branded her First Lady along side Pen and Pad
Genius” Ne-Yo. Touring internationally with Compound then releasing
her very own mixtape in 2007, caught the attention of the industry.
MTV’s “Mixtape Monday’s” own Cipha Sounds, labeled her one to not be
slept on.

Three years since her last mixtape, Glacierz has since continued
penning hits for some of your favorite artists and working on her
debut album. She was the first EVER female emcee to initiate and
complete a 30-day viral campaign which featured a new song daily for a
month. Her music spread throughout the internet and captured the
attention of her newest collaboration with the legendary
Queensbridge duo – CNN of ThuggedOut Militainment.

Glacierz says “Obviously a Glacier is like an unbreakable mass of Ice,
so with the current state of real Hip Hop being where it is I’m on the
verge of a meltdown and I’m about to flood the game with some real
shit.”

Ms. Glacierz is definitely going to bring character and life back into
Hip-Hop as only one with her unique style can.
She comes equipped with a list of hard hitting punch lines and
jokes as long as the Brooklyn Bridge.
Not afraid to show emotion, laugh, or get down and dirty, is
what will make her an unstoppable force in the rap game. Unlike a lot
of artists male and female alike in New York, she feels the key to
success is to be your 100% yourself, not a made up character. So if
what she has experienced throughout her life is any indication of what
being 100% is, then Houston we have a problem. The total package has

arrived.
