Victoria Belle is Beauty and Intelligence personified. She hails from the great state of North Carolina and is proud to be a True “Southern Belle.”  Her heritage is rich, including but not limited to, Native American, African American and West Indian. Which explains her rich and warm caramel complexion.    Her sweet and generous personality and sexy natural frame have brought a new light and energy to the industry. She is a history major at North Carolina Central University and plans to attend Law school so that she can advocate for minority rights.
